What is the Law of Attraction?
In simple terms, your thoughts determine what you attract into your life. If you feel unhealthy and unhappy, you will continue to attract circumstances to create those feelings. If you feel joyful, confident, and successful, you will attract more of those feelings and positive circumstances.
Thoughts literally send out a vibration into the universe, and things on a similar vibration are attracted to those thoughts. So if you're sending out negative thoughts and feelings, that is what you will continue receiving. If you're sending out positive thoughts and feelings, more of those will be attracted to you.
Imagine a piece of paper with several parallel horizontal wavy lines drawn on it. These are the different frequencies of the universe. Down at the bottom, there's a frequency of negativity, hate, anger, despair, and hopelessness. Up at the top, the frequency is one of perfect joy, gratitude, health, peace, and prosperity. You get to decide what frequency you want to operate on each day, and you will attract things into your life that are on that frequency. If you move through life with joy, gratitude, love, and feelings of success, that will be your reality and the universe will continue delivering more of those things to you. It's totally up to you.

What is Intuitive Eating?
The concept of Intuitive Eating was popularized by a book of the same name published in 1995 by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch.
The primary concept of Intuitive Eating is that chronic dieters have disrupted the natural way to eat. When you ignore your body's signals by dieting or over-exercise, you short-circuit the systems that regulate your weight and appetite.
Cravings and preoccupation with food happen because you deprive yourself or feel guilty about your food choices. By giving yourself permission to eat and feeling secure that you will always get enough food, you cut the emotional attachment to food that makes you feel out of control.
Intuitive Eating is all about reconnecting with your internal wisdom about what your body needs, and not getting caught up in the all the rules and regulations of diet culture.

The Law of Attraction can help people break out of their old ways of thinking and create a new reality that transcends the endless cycle of low self-esteem and using food for emotional comfort or numbing.
