I'm a Certified Hypnosis Practitioner, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and a Certified Health Coach. I've had my own journey of healing from Binge Eating Disorder and Exercise Bulimia, and have also found sobriety.
I help women develop peaceful eating patterns and a positive sense of self so they can live their best lives. I very much see my work as the way I practice feminism on a practical level--empowering women to become the best version of themselves so they can be confident, independent, and do what they are meant to do with their lives.

I can totally understand how you feel. I went through the same thing myself, and I know how frustrating and confusing it is. I remember literally lying in bed every morning and just loathing myself and going over all the ways I had let myself down. I always had some new quick-fix that I thought would make everything better. Change the way I eat...exercise more...buy new clothes. I just felt like I was chasing my tail every day, so stressed out and confused but never making any progress.
And I was definitely using my body as a scapegoat to distract me from the real problems.
I finally started to understand how I was creating my own blocks and limiting myself by the way I was thinking. It was so exciting to finally understand that what was holding me back! I learned to become a solution finder rather than a problem finder!
